LAPORAN KASUS: FELINE CALICIVIRUS PADA KUCING SAPI DI KLINIK K AND P

Feline calicivirus (FCV) is a highly contagious and pathogenic viral disease with widespread transmission in the cat population. A named Sapi black white hair color, weighs 1.94 Kg, male sex, 9 months old. On December 1, 2022, Sapi’s came to clinic weak unsteady condition, had not defecated, still wanted drink, normal urination, eye discharge. Investigations FCV test kit showed positive results for virus. Hematological examination that leukocytosis, granulocytosis lymphocytosis. were given saline neurobion drip intravenously, injection of Cefotaxime 0.2 ml q12h antibiotics, Glucortin injections 0.25 q24h, Vitol 1 Calcidex q12h, Biodin , oral therapy Fibumin capsule Transfer factor Oxyfresh water additive 0.5 serum drops cendo hyalub Bio ion spray ear scabs.
